KOLTER WHITETAIL CO. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Kolter Whitetail Co. purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the item’s delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Items must have their original tags attached, when applicable.
  • Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
  • Items must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these requirements.

No Exchanges

Kolter Whitetail Co. does not offer exchanges.

Please carefully review the size chart provided on each applicable product page before placing your order. If you order the wrong size, you may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking, as Kolter Whitetail Co. is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item due to an error on our part, please contact us before returning the item. We will provide instructions for resolving the issue.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Hats
  • Sale items
  • Any product specifically identified as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
